ABOUT US

Led by a team of experienced teachers, each class takes you on a physical and mental journey that will leave you sweating and wanting more. We ride in high intensity intervals improving cardiovascular fitness and mental tenacity. Our one of a kind playlists and virtual riding experience pushes you to new limits while strengthening muscle, releasing stress and feeling a sense of community with your fellow riders.

CLASSES OFFERED

Ride: Our signature 45 minute cycling class packed with high intensity intervals, fresh music, encouraging instruction, and state of the art technology. You will build endurance through speed and rhythm drills and climb to new peaks while developing your strength and power.

Ride Up: Our signature Ride class with an upper body twist. We incorporate bands and bodyweight drills on the bike to strengthen your upper body to the beat of the music and close class with at least 10 minutes of upper body resistance work off the bike using kettlebells, bands and more. You're guaranteed to leave class sweaty and worked from head to toe!

Ride & Resist: This hybrid class is 45 minutes of high intensity intervals on and off the bike. Increase strength, power and speed with intentional cardiovascular intervals and circuit resistance training.

Interval Strength: Interval strength means resistance training with shortened rest times. This timed interval training will challenge you to do what you can in a specific amount of time to increase blood flow, improve strength & endurance, and burn fat. Highly energetic coaching will instruct proper mechanics for safe and efficient movement and push you to do the very best you can that day!

Spinyasa: The perfect combination of mind, body and spirit – you will build heat and challenge your muscles in a 30 minute ride before releasing into a 40 minute deep flow.

Yoga Flow: An all levels 60 minute class which pairs breath with movement while building heat, improving endurance, and challenging your physical and mental stamina. Creative sequencing develops strength, mindfulness and safe mobility through poses and transitions. 

Yoga Basics: This 45 minute flow will teach you the basics of a vinyasa yoga practice as well as break down poses and transitions to build strength and confidence. It focuses on restoration of your body, education of your mind and intention with your breath.
