Let's do some "SPRING LEANING” at IMPACT Performance+Cycle+Yoga!  Work with certified fitness professionals in a state-of-the-art facility to improve your health and get ready for beach season - all while competing for CASH PRIZES!



Eight-week cardio intensified program aimed at changing body composition. The winner will be determined by the greatest amount of points earned (see Challenge Point System below). The top three finishers will receive cash prizes at the end of the eight-week challenge. Open to the public and people of all fitness levels.

Monday, April 8 through Friday, May 31

Program Features:

·         Body Composition Measurements & Nutrition plan

·         (1) Day Juice Cleanse

·         (4) 30 minute one-on-one Training Sessions 

·         (2) Recovery Sessions

·         (4) CYCLE+YOGA classes

·         Unlimited Group Training Classes during eight-week period

Challenge Point System:

·         Class attendance: 1pt

·         1-on-1 Attendance: 1pt

·         Recovery Session: 1pt

·         Cycle or Yoga class attendance: 1pt

·         Cardio Bonus: 1pt

·         Body Fat loss of .01% = 1 pt


Challenge Winners/Prizes:

·         The top three participants with the highest points overall will win cash prizes!

o   1st:  $200 Cash

o   2nd: $100 Cash

o   3rd:  $50 Cash
