Varsity (Ages 14-18+) hours:

Monday - 10AM, Tuesday - 10AM, Thursday - 10AM, Friday - 10AM

JV (Ages 10-13) hours:

Monday - 8AM, Tuesday - 8AM, Thursday - 8AM, Friday - 8AM
 

Pricing: 

Full 5-week program (20 workouts) - $325

15 workouts - $275
