YOUTH AND HIGH SCHOOL PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAM
Impact Performance has started up their Youth and High School Performance training. This year, the program will be offered in blocks:
•Winter Block: January 7th through March 2nd
•Spring Block: March 18th through May 11th
Right now, athletes are able to sign up for the Winter Block which will run until March 2nd, 2019. The main focus is to progress athletes through an 8 week program that is completely customizable with 4 package options:
•Single Session ($20)
Athletes will be separated into two age groups, High School (14-18+) and Youth (10-13), and each group will focus on age appropriate workouts and goals.
